The team needs to learn to respect each other, management is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional.

They do now know how to respect each other and me, they use bad language, they have awful customer service.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Team members who were hired after me are getting paid more and that is very unfair and unprofessional of the manager to do.
