The hierarchy is flat so I am able to talk to Directors and Managers from different teams, and I love to do that because I can learn from them.

The culture and the environment at Rackspace are great, everybody is always willing to help, and we can easily get in contact with managers and directors who always help us with some advice on the projects or new ideas that we are willing to implement.
