Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The tech market have a much higher compensation salary + annual bonus, so my position is underpaid compare with my peers in other tech companies.

Even if we are all colocated we work as we're next to each other, everyone cares for the rest of team and everyones is constantly looking to grow and help the company grow.
