Recognizing and taking care of people. This seems to have been disappearing over the last couple of years. Recruiting from within the business, too many roles are not advertised internally.

Goals and strategy of the company are unclear. The messages from the executives seem to be completely opposite even in the same meeting. Holly said the policy is that we are an agile workplace and working from home is ok but Kevin said the opposite. People are confused.
