Goals and strategy of the company are unclear. The messages from the executives seem to be completely opposite even in the same meeting. Holly said the policy is that we are an agile workplace and working from home is ok but Kevin said the opposite. People are confused.

The appreciation for the work and scale of impact does not align to compensation. I would feel better if our comp was competitive with other tech companies.

I feel that knowing mid-point for my position is significantly higher. I have no issues working hard, putting in extra hours, learning and taking on new tasks. Unfortunately, my pay speaks differently for the skills I have to offer. Being paid market value, makes people feel valued.

The culture and the environment at Rackspace are great, everybody is always willing to help, and we can easily get in contact with managers and directors who always help us with some advice on the projects or new ideas that we are willing to implement.
