They are as open as they can be, and guide us as much as they legally can. They empower us to make course corrections to allow for the best outcomes for shareholders. Over all they are fantastic.
Perché ti senti sottovalutato e che cosa ti farebbe sentire meglio con il tuo compenso?
We have not given out pay raises for years, and inflation is even higher this year when we finally gave out a few raises. If the chicken and beef at the grocery store cost more, to feel valued people need to not worry about where to come up with the money to cover inflation, it should be standard.
