VCA: You are a number, a statistic. There is a MASSIVE amount of managers and Co managers and manager of managers and none of them are on the floor and seeing patients and dealing with clients so there is A HUGE disconnect. You are there to sell Vca's programs and nothing more.

I go to Olive Garden anyway because it's good. However, it is a bit pricey and at times the quality isn't worth it. (undercooked pasta)
