Hannaford Supermarket: It was noticable that something changed. No longer can customer service or dept head can order anything just for you. The system goes down a lot .... never got mmy ordered groceries because my store was never sent my order and their hands are tied. Employees in Maine say they are frustrated

UPMC: Customer service management should not hang up on customer for asking difficult billing questions. UPMC should make patients and their families aware of high fees charged for routine out-patient services at satellite locations which are billed at in-hospital prices (or customers will feel cheated)
O'Reilly Auto Parts: No major complaints. Looser work environment than some other corporate retailers which is in asset in my opinion.

Kroger: Supervisors and management choose who to promote. No job openings posted. No seniority list posted. No human resources for questions. No communication for depaetments. Only leads at huddles. Most employees have no clue whats going on. This is a major problem.
Safeway: They have been good to me during difult times that i have gone through this past few years
FedEx: Its been a great experience so far. The culture is great, and excellent work life balance.

Spectrum: Employee relations. We are in a severe Thunderstorm in the eatsern NC area on 1/9/24 and yet Spectrum Employees are required to work and complete their jobs during this severe and dangerous storm.
Subway: Management at my store could be better i.e assistant manager not showing up to work on time. Manager choosing obvious favorites at the store
Princess Cruises: bring back Australian contact center, the asian call center is hopeless, they make mistakes, which then take us 3-4 weeks to have problems solved, not good enough princess

In dealing with State Farm in conjunction with MT State Law we have been lied to, laughed at, hung up on, & when requesting to speak w/ supervisors have been funneled to other peers. Not to mention the pay is awful again with no comission or any incentives, i'd recommend applying at NAPA auto parts and or Oreilly's as a first choice
State Farm Insurance: The agent belittles her staff by allowing them to steal each others sales. Also if you test positive for Covid she wants you in the office not at home
