Startek: I have actually seen alot of growth from my previous company, and I've mastered so many skills from the start of my journey with Startek.
Startek: I rejoined because of the culture, people and my mentor. Working in Startek is a continuous learning experience.
Startek: I am still fairly new at the company and have not had a long enough tenure to gage
Startek: i was really excited in the beginning though going into may next year, i am not fully seeing any growth in terms of gaining new knowledge

Startek: As an employee, cannot see any willingness to improve by company even though there is something wrong. Policy changes are severe and resignation rate is increasing, but cannot see if company known what's the reason and has plan to find and improved. There is a lack of policy on incentives.

Mondelez International North America: Overall, the experience is average. I have learned a lot as an RMS, however the workload is far too much and the work pace is far too fast. I am constantly correcting mistakes due to juggling 8-10 tasks and 8-10 phone calls everyday. Although it does challenge me and push me to be better.

Robert Half: Actually receiving benefits. Negotiating market rate pay for contractors vs. market rate pay for contractors then RH takes off the top making it not market rate.
Ruby Tuesday: They all will work and do there part.
State Farm Insurance: Adjusters seem to avoid client interaction and will not answer to phone calls at their office. They let it go to voicemail and will only communicate with you when they call you. If you call them they will let it go to voicemail 10/10 times.
Nationwide Insurance: Amazing culture of work/life balance!
TaskUs: It's good. Though they must consider increasing out basic pay as teammates already. Not just on performance basis but I believe they need to check this details too.
Workday: It's amazing. Leadership team is always on top of everything which makes it easier for employees to focus on their goals.
Ascension: Ascension is a very special place to work. i would like to stay as long as I can; to retire from Ascension

I enjoy managing a team of people and being highly successful. I do think though that our company can still focus more on employees. Too much focus on cost savings vs $ going fairly to us

Concentrix: My experience has been favorable. The pace and long hours may not appeal to others, but it is something that I am accustom to.
Ascension: When I moved over to Finance I wasn't sure what to expect. But my manger and my director made sure that I was comfortable and have let me learn what I need to and do my job the way that makes sense to me.

ADP: Being part of a well-lubed machines isn't the only thing. Getting down in the hard work, learning from experience, and growing from there is what makes every day worth it.

Alorica: it is great and amazing!
TaskUs: all good, nice working environment but I personally would like it be a work from home set up since I get to be with my family. and it would cost less if it is WFH. not that at ease working at the office especially when I get to see to many people at the same time.
Mondelez International North America: If things are going good you hear minimal to nothing. If something is wrong everything becomes a fire drill. If you have questions it takes too long to get a proper response, and if you look for clarification of a response it is usually met with "we did the best we could with what was available".

TP: As a fresher and someone who's just new to this industry, I really have no regrets on pursuing my career here. From the first day of my job application, compliance of requirements and during our training the company provided us with people who's equiped with all the positive and reliable resources.

TP: My company is a good company because they were attentive especially the staff.. They are really attentive to their employees. Especially when we need them about requirements.
TaskUs: It could have been better if there will be better compensation and allowances.
TaskUs: The campaign always has so many additional processes but we never once had additional allowances. Regarding incentives, top performers in Quarter 1 had not received anything but TKU merchandise. We should at least reciprocate the efforts they've given. At least a trophy or some cash.
Startek: Overall experience is quite remarkable and amazing. Starting as an executive operation and now leading a function gives a strong sense of achievement and boosts confidence to do better.
