TaskUs: I came from a (European) company with well developed systems and really solid employee benefits and coming to TaskUs was initially disappointing. However, the people and managers I work with compensate for the systems and benefits that still need to be improved on.

Workday: Workday is going through growing pains. Some of the negatives of being a larger company is now happening at Workday. As some of the long time Workmates leave, they take the culture with them. Some of the new hires bring the toxic culture from other companies and have not embraced the Workday way.

TaskUs: Salary Increase - Since the pandemic, there has been no increase in our pay knowing the situation has affected us poorly. There was even no hazard pay, unlike any other companies. Annual appraisal isn't done yearly. Our country is also suffering from inflation and increase in commodity prices.

TaskUs: Aside from referral bonuses, I love the benefits they are providing their employees. Especially when it comes to HMO. Since I'm part of the LGBT community, I can add my partner as my dependent, which other companies don't offer. But hoping that they can give the OT incentives on time.
