Foundever: If I am being honest I stayed for the people and culture. But I think the work and the compensation can do better.
Concentrix: My role takes advantage of my skill set while working for a great manager. The work/life balance is outstanding. As a permanent work from home employee I am trusted by my organization to get my work done and am not micro-managed.
Ascension: Being a part of the Ascension family has really given me a stress free life. I can center myself and really listen from the inside. I can walk away from work at the end of the day and feel confident that I gave it my best!

Circle K: Perfomance based bonus opportunities, larger employee meal compensation because it used to cover more circle k products now I end up having to spend some out of pocket.
IKEA: Comfortable, affordable, nice design furniture
Bunnings Warehouse: Communication. It would be nice if they would come out of the office every once in a while. How are the performance reviews accurate if they never NEVER see you work.

Randstad USA: I don't have much if any communication with my manager through Randstad. Most of communication comes directly from who I am contracted through. I don't think my manager through Randstad has any idea on what i needed for me to complete my job.

GEICO: Consistency, communication, and transparency. They need to stop over-promising people they will get a better shift of promotion if they just work the hardest. Transparency around the reality of available shifts and actual opportunity for advancement would reduce new hire turnover.

Dollar General: Better pay, better HR, Unionizing, just generally the company is gonna treat you like garbage. Just try to treat your employees like actual humans instead of like mules. Nevermind, mules get to graze. You cant do that here.

It's honestly not promoted. My best experience with the company is the people I work with. They are amazing!!!

GE Vernova: I am not new to GE since 2009 i worked at different projects as SQM and not hired as PQM. working for GE brings the respect from contractors and customers.
