SSM Healthcare: Overall I felt that my coworkers wanted to achieve a common goal of taking care of patients. However I felt that upper management was more concerned with financial savings and gains rather than assuring all departments were staffed appropriately.

Speedway: In my experience, this company is better than most in being fair and rational in how it works with employees. As a person of color and as a woman, I've been impressed with the fairness and the lack of bias against me, which has not been my experience with other companies in this industry.
Belk: Every manager/executive board member is there because they are not only knowledgeable but trust the people under them. The executive board listens to people and asks what can be done better while keeping the company's best interest at heart. Managers don't micromanage but ensure the job gets done.

TP: It was indeed best experience I've ever had. I am proud and grateful to be part of JUMP. I'd never experienced a bad attitude colleagues. However, the management is sometimes inconsiderate. Not just the management but also how the employees with a higher position observed to their agents, not fair.
Best Buy: My overall experience at BestBuy is a positive one, not only are my managers and co-workers friendly and like-minded individuals, it's also a blast helping customers find solutions to their needs.

NetApp: Cant get out of their own way with internal processes. Longer term folks say they have redone the processes over and over. Nice people but some are stressed doing their job in this environment. I wont last.

Ascension: I love my job, however I feel as though we are moving too quickly sometimes. A lot of changes happening at one time and most can't keep up which drives the morale down, people start to not care anymore about doing a good job. Better communication from higher leadership.

Ascension: Great! The initial onboarding/training was rough since I didn't receive equipment or log in's for several weeks. The Talent Advisor training needs an overhaul, or to be taught by TA's. But I love my manager and my team. They helped get me up to speed!

Ascension: Very difficult onboarding process with very little help. Still a challenge to get support when needed.
Steak n Shake: The company needs to focus on fixing the things that drive the top line sales down and to focus on fixing their high employee and management turnover numbers. Retaining your staff is a lot less expensive.
TP: I'm new in the company therefore the only thing I know is that the company is very accepting of newbies like me.

CenterWell: I have worked with this company for almost 17 years and I could not imagine working anywhere else. I love my job, my coworkers and our area team.
AECOM: They listen to each other. Unnecessary meetings get canceled. There is no pressure to turn my camera on when in a virtual meeting. We all have our video feed turned off usually. My manager doesn't micromanage me.
Michelin: Michelin challenges you to grow as an employee, you get to move in between the departments, if there's position available of course. The office environment and ethics are super healthy

Caseys General Stores: We are a very small town so a lot of the crew are local people who are proud of the quality of work they provide for the community. We also have a lot more long term employees or people who keep coming back. We are a family. We support and trust each other.
