Westinghouse: I really like my team at westinghouse and being able to work from home, have a 9/80 schedule, and purchase an extra week of vacation (4 weeks total) however the pay and benefits could be better.

The Home Depot: Company does try to help employees that are having medical or personal problems, flexible on scheduling with enough notice, does offer benefits to part-time which is very rare
