The best part about my compensation in Teleperformance was when we are transferred to other account and that account offers higher basic salary than the salary that we received during our contract signing, the sad part is we are not eligible to received that higher salary in our new account.

The best thing about our leadership team is that he was doing his best to meet the expectations from him and doing his best to coach us in every interaction that we needed to improve. He was very attentive person and most specially he cares about his agent these are the character of our supervisor.
