They are sole decisive authority of your hard-earned money & not a tool to help customers resolve issues or guided to quick fair solutions but lack knowledge of policy which affects people's ability to live house or feed their family

Vons: Working at this store with these people has been traumatizing. The nepotism, the unfair and general disregard for common human decency is still shocking. I am in the process of bringing the ugly reality of working at Vons to the attention of the upper management of Vons.
On Board Experiential: OBE is a company that allows you to carve your own path and stretch into areas that you're interested in. I never thought I'd be at an agency this long, but after 9 years - I can't imagine working anywhere else.

NuWest Group: They are doing the same thing that every other agency does. Hopeful that things will be different...thus far, all agencies in this space are the same, offer the same thing, and push their employees the same. Archaic and boring.
Catch&Release, Inc.: Fairly new, but a great experience so far. Lots of work to be done, but plenty of autonomy and few blockers. Leadership sets a clear direction and expects you to execute, but always serves as a guiding light if you run into roadblocks.
Workit Health: The Leadership team has open dialogue with other members of the team and appears to value everyone's input.
BoatSetter: Great company and work culture. Everyone is very friendly and works well together.

Bojangles : I work in the Washington NC store. And I am a white person and I am being racially discriminated against. When I go into work no matter where I am I'm always bullied I'm always told to do other people's work I have to do others people's work just to leave I talk to manag. Nothing being done
