Tropical Smoothie Cafe: The district managers talk to you like dirt, tell you one thing and then turn around and tell you another. Even after bringing this to attention to my franchise owner nothing was done about it and now i am only getting reprimanded dor spewking out. The only thing they care about are hitting numbers.

EasyPost: Used EasyPost for insurance on our shipments for about a year. When we used them the one and only time the check they sent to pay the claim bounced. They didnt seem to care when contacted and cant get any meaningful dialogue with EasyPost to try tonresolve the issue.

Got laughed at by staff. Are the on mushrooms or acid? Nothing funny about it. I said a heartfelt "thank you" only to get ignored.

Pet Honesty: The majority of the team is hard working, driven, and all-in to help accomplish our goals. There are a few stand out employees that do not seem to be held to the same standards which is very frustrating to witness over and over. There is not consistency in expectations.

I've been basically had no other option and was hesitant to move here because of it. Having to pay for service you don't even want is ridiculous.

Pet Honesty: There are a lot of fast changes happening all at once which can be exciting but also stressful and disorganized. I am hopeful with a unified leadership team we will be able to reach our goals but keeping up moral and instilling work/life balance will be critical.

Bojangles : Horrible, talked down to, never allowed breaks. Managers cuss like sailors.
Crisalix: The bosses are nice but they tolerate to much what the software team does. Many problems should be fixed and they don't fix them becuase they are lazy and too confortable in their jobs. They have to be more eficient and not say it is dificult or not possible. I would fire 50% of them if I could!
