PTO policy needs work, but overall I would say it's a good opportunity to start working here and see what opportunities open up.
Framebridge: Low pay, poor management, inadequate training, constantly changing process. No future, no advancing. Favoritism over work quality. Mandatory overtime. Poor quality materials are poorly put together eith high returns and very high attrition.
