It's been great. From being welcomed by the team and going on a new-hire and company wide retreat - it's been an amazing experience thus far. Not to mention all the perks/gifts we received, living and breathing the values everyday and the remote-first work culture. Couldn't ask for anything else.

Though it is a remote-first company, there is a lot of emphasis on engagement and its easy to settle into this work and be collaborative.

I appreciate everyone being flexible, understanding and not being uptight. The relaxed nature of the job is encouraging while simultaneously putting whats important at the forefront and ensuring things get done.

I can feel the company's values shine through the work we do, the people we do it with and the results we generate. Not a lot of companies follow through on their values, but this is a first for me, especially only in the first few months of being here.
