The equity. Each employee with equity is truly invested in the future of the company and it shows - people here care tremendously about their work.

The feeling - the number is good and nobody tried to drive it down or nickel and dime me. I might've been able to get a larger number, but I cared more about how I was treated than get a few extra thousand dollars.
