What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock options -- would love to see the company add bonuses as well, many of our competitors offer that as a part of the compensation package

Strong salary, 401k benefits & family insurance. All great and help provide enough for myself and family. I am able to focus on work without the worry of other outside factors.

The flexibility in each paycheck, being able to have money to keep, money to go to a retirement fund, and then there are extra perks such as randomly chosen employees for free sporting event tickets, home office money, and more.
