What makes you most happy at work?
The constant reminder of knowing that while the company wants Underdog to do the best it possibly can do, the executive/leadership board also wants us to live happy, healthy, and fun personal lives.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The flexibility in each paycheck, being able to have money to keep, money to go to a retirement fund, and then there are extra perks such as randomly chosen employees for free sporting event tickets, home office money, and more.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The transparency in how the company is doing, good or bad, is huge. Underdog keeps us all in the know about everything going great and possibly not so great and then sets clear goals and resolutions to move forward from there. It makes the entire company know what they are doing and how to improve.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I recently had a major personal event happen and the way not only my specific team but the whole company reacted was the best thing I could ask for. They value flexibility in work and personal life so that the employee is never run down. My boss has told me many times to take more PTO just because.
