Malwarebytes: Nice salary, awesome stock options and 100% benefits paid by employer, 401k matching.
Glassdoor: Teamwork across teams is poor. Each team (often fewer than 10 people) have sub cultures, leading to much disconnect. Need leadership to think across teams and not manage with so much granularity.

Glassdoor: This company pays you enough that you feel ownership and personal responsibility within your role. I'm paid to do my best work.

Mozilla: I haven't really been exposed to much negativity within Mozilla, but I also work remote. Everyone is always very friendly and willing to listen.
