During the year they continuously increased the workload while at the same time drastically reducing the compensation. They keep finding new creative ways to lower the compensation and they do that without any notice.

Care.com: I love that I am able to find additional jobs if I am not busy with work. I can find one time jobs or look for something that is more of a long term gig. The possibilities are endless. I can apply with young children, the elderly, house keeping, and even tutoring from time to time. It really helps.

Malouf Companies: I love a lot of things about Malouf, but feel a little disillusioned after this year. A lot of the sentimental talk about company culture has started to feel a little hokey to me. It's just a job, folks. We're here to put food on the table. Thankfully, Malouf is a workplace filled with good people.
