It's always late, the managers don't care how much this upsets their workers, and the salary increases are always small with the excuse that the company had a bad year. With this many "bad years", how could they exist?

Built Technologies: Leadership here is so afraid of feedback the COO and HR team removed anonymity from internal surveys and continue to ban 360 reviews for the E-Team. Ethics here are so poor I would not be surprised if the de-anonymized feedback is used to target employees in the next round of layoffs
