Avvo: The attorneys are extremely rude. I have been called names, experienced rudeness, and put-down. No action is taken against the attorneys. In fact, the site will remove evidence of the aforementioned. Fortunately, I have screenshots of such interactions. It is a horrible site.

Gametime: I would like to see more flexibility in scheduling. PTO is very hard to take when other co workers have to work OT just to cover PTO. I feel work life balance is non existent. I don't feel I can take time off without depending on another co-worker to come in on their day off.

PatientPop: Customer Service. We are leaving Patient Pop in 2023 because ther customer service is very bad. Support is almost non existent, the products are mostly mediocre (except the website and reputation services) and the monthly price is not a good value for the product you receive.
