BrandExtract: It's a dynamic, inspiring experience. Our culture definitely has a familial quality and is very congenial and supportive and collaborative. There is always something new to learn and I truly respect and enjoy everyone on the team. We socialize outside of work because of that cultural experience.
BrandExtract: Its good. there are some growing pains but as a whole, we work well together. I think there are some scheduling and planning issues that need to be worked out but on the flip side of that, we're allowed a lot of freedom and time off that I haven't experienced at other companies. Its been good so far
