Array: Array has been a great company to work for. I've often heard it described as a "unicorn" and I'd agree with that characterization. Management and executive leadership really value us as employees and want to see us succeed. Overall, would highly recommend to job seekers.
Array: There is a lot of work, but it is engaging and rewarding. I have support from managers, mentors, and coworkers. The future of the company is very bright and everyone is invested in it.

Rapid growth during pandemic has masked a lot of the underlying issues. Company needs more industry experience & a strategy to retain top talent.
