Other experiences with companies like this, the CEO meeting is more of a formality with main input from managers. Helpful to relay this to prospective candidates and meet CEO earlier given importance.

It's in an industry that has some players that are big and some that are bad, which is a hazard, but management seems competent and ethical.

There's a lot of pent-up frustration among employees, the all-staff meetings have been confusing and dispiriting, and a surprising number of people seem resistant to improving things
Events.com: It is not good. Will be better if we pay clients. Too many Events.com meetings and they are too long and wandering. I love my BPT co-workers.

You learn over time there will be challenges at any job you choose, but it always comes back to who you work for, and who you work with. That is even when pay become less relevant to how positive your work life becomes.

10 Federal Storage: In the beginning, it was HARD. It's only gotten more difficult, but strangely in a positive way. I am challenged every day at 10 Federal and have been given the freedom to grow and make mistakes for the greater good of the business. I have been trusted to do my work and have been elevated by VIPs.
10 Federal Storage: This has been a good job for me. Initially, there was no training other than OJT and "call if you need help". No pressure and minimal stress as long as you do your job. There is no office politics at my level. Best approach: come to work, do your job and go home.
