Arcellx: There is a stark difference in the company culture. Many companies claim to have healthy culutre but fails to be exhibitted by executives. Here the CEO himself uses his valuable time to not only to emphasize the values and importance of culture but also exhibits it in the office. It's welcoming.

My managers trust me and challenge me, and my role has changed multiple times because my managers were invested in my workplace happiness, and wanted me to find my fit.

Keyhole Software: I was one of the first 20 employees and have been with the company for more than a decade. Things have grown a ton, but I still feel like I'm constantly challenged and work with great people who actually care about how I'm doing. It's a gem of a company and I hope I can retire here.

Nav: I like working a nav, it can be frustrating at times. The company often seems to bite off more than it can chew in terms of new ideas and projects. Many of the support staff seem overwhelmed since so much emphasis is put on new features and product improvements.
