What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair relative to market, although would always like more equity.

Market is changing because of AI. Feels like we are winning.
What makes you most happy at work?
Feels like we are really pushing boundaries as the market evolves
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very diverse with a global perspective. Russian origins of the company continue to show up in the culture, but less so after new CEO.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
New CEO has really pushed the company to grow and adapt to the changing market. Also dramatically improved communications over the last year. New AI products seem like they are taking off.
