My team is so collaborative and helpful. I never feel any judgement from them when I ask questions or for help.

I think that everyone seems to be working towards a common goal for the good of the company. No prima donnas or divas.

They are very decisive and make thoughtful decisions. Not always popular, but it's much better than a wishy-washy leadership team. I can also tell that inclusivity and diversity are important to the leadership team, which is a work in progress.
