Great to work at the company, though career progression is not clear for the role that I am in, compensation is below average (especially for the role that I am in), but work-life balance and the culture/mission helps make up for it

Been working for this company for well over 12yrs, merged with another company which does not really care for their employees and cared more about their ratings. Other company had poor management and was very stressful. Glad to be back at a company that values and cares about their employees.

It has been very enjoyable up to this point. I look forward to a long and lucrative career with them.

Stanford's retirement benefits are good, and I believe my pay is fair.

Compared to market compensation, especially in the IT/software engineering field. While base pay is probably 5-10% under market, not having any equity or bonuses makes it a significant difference

I don't feel undervalued but do feel my pay could be higher for the work I do.

People genuinely enjoy their work and the mission. Overall people want to be helpful and are generally positive
