Appreciate the bonus and the work-life balance initiatives

Stanford's retirement benefits are good, and I believe my pay is fair.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation Reviews

Compared to market compensation, especially in the IT/software engineering field. While base pay is probably 5-10% under market, not having any equity or bonuses makes it a significant difference

I don't feel undervalued but do feel my pay could be higher for the work I do.

What are some of the best things about your team?

People genuinely enjoy their work and the mission. Overall people want to be helpful and are generally positive

People do want to try to help and get things done and advance the mission of the school

Very Supportive and Respectful Workplace, which is the reason I chose to come back and work for Stanford University. There's no place like Stanford University.

Everyone is so friendly! Also, they are patient and if they are unsure of something they are honest about it and help refer you to the right person.

I appreciate that Stanford is a place where we SOLVE PROBLEMS.
