Dirty politics start from VP level up to CEO level, Management is totally blind & they don't rely on employees, but they pretend to be people oriented but they are not, & HR act on directions of Operations management, so they are good for nothing.
They should be willing to work more collaboratively.

What's the office vibe like at State Street?

All teams are different, but mine is currently very toxic. One of our managers has a habit of publically humiliating people who either disagree with her or are high performers that want to learn and grow.
Toxic. No oversight by HR.
