Our offices create a happy and inspirational work environment which help us to hire the most qualified workers in the market. It’s important that our employees love where they work. We want to provide our employees with what they need to be successful, productive and, above all, happy. We can also recreate a client’s environment to infuse its culture and its brand identity into our offices, to better ensure that our employees feel like an extension of its in-house team.

In a few words - Be Ridiculous, take ownership, transparent messaging from executives. No one is going to hold your hand re: work/life balance - the company has a wellness committee that provides opportunities and stipends to prioritize your work/life balance - and the general approach is "you're an adult, you should know how to take care of yourself" - which I love. But tough for others to assimilate to if they come from a very structured / bigger company.
