hourly pay is fine but if you're supposed to get compensated for hitting goals and the you dont it get FRUSTRATING, speaking out about the matter only get brushed under the rug by higher ups, its always, itinerary did not get their numbers in on time or sum, NO ONE takes responsibility, people quit

the system they have us using is OUTDATED, and they blame us for when the systems they have us use effects our workdays, and most of the responsibility of hitting goals with un reliable systems is annoying, and when you OD make goal and expect to be compensated appropriately, they dont
