I was able to learn about fleet operations while learning how Zipcar business works

What can this brand most improve?

Customer service is AWFUL and a complete runaround. Zipcar promised to pay for an alternate rental vehicle after I booked a cargo van for moving weekend, and I have been chasing them after since - they have been avoiding me and gaslighting me to avoid keeping their promise and I am SICK of it.

What can this brand most improve?

Customer Service. I called for help and was sent a bunch of articles I already read through. When I asked for my call to be escalated to a higher level of support, I was told I would receive an email with the pertinent information. It never came. So frustrating!
