What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

In office experience seems better than online experience. In office employees generally seem more cheerful but the lack cancelled holiday party leads to concern about the companys future

We can ask questions openly. The managers are very supportive and care about your safety

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
