We work together we are the best
They organize bi-weekly cast about the current situation. Also we are encouraged to ask questions.
Hiring more on shore employees instead of havibg off shore employees who don't have any power other than rebooking a reservation.
Grow a backbone, tell the parent company, or our friends out west, no once in a while.

Managers have no power to determine raises, nor is there any type of formalized review system.

People care and are still trying. Members are being treated like they no longer matter which is never a good sign.
