We dedicated educational resources, including workshops and speakers, to learn and understand more about the nuances of pronouns and the impact they can make on an individual. In our session with an experienced health and gender peer educator, Hyde Nichols (They/Them), they taught us about the importance of pronouns and how to appropriately use them in the workplace, as well as the difference between sex and gender. As a company, we updated our company/wide information and communication technology to display our pronouns to normalize and support our employees with their identities.
