When I think compensation package, I think about more than just base pay. My base pay is on target, but what is really great is the 100% match on the first 5% of pay I put into my 401k.

Our leadership team has true vision for the future but they roll up their sleeves and work with us as well. I appreciate all the information they share with us and that they are willing to try new ways of doing things. They work together well - no politics.
