Helping the customers is great, until you find out that you won't get paid until Arise wants to pay you. I have been taking calls since 11/16/21 and have yet to receive a pay out.

The sign up was the most easiest. The instructors can use a class to teach them empathy. You can't teach empathy if you don't know how to use the words properly.

Communication skills. You have to wait almost a week for a response. Causing the situation to get worse. Then instead of being held accountable. The blame falls on the person reaching out to them.

I want to get paid. I feel like you guys are just getting labor out of me and not wanting to pay me or answer any questions. When you hire IBO's make sure they are always accessable. It's not easy being a new person having to go to a new IBO. Answers given by IBO always turns out to be wrong.
