We all interact well with each other. Our weekly huddles are very informal and informative, especially if you are having some troubled areas. My team is always willing to contribute how they resolve the issues I may be having.
Individual contributors are talented and hard working but lack of executive vision and culture of 14 hour days, bad tech so all manual burns people out.
