It started out pretty good, great training and fair pay. They seemed to work with people, for the most part, and tried to provide fun things in the work place. However, during the COVID19 pandemic, the company turned completely opposite. Almost zero communication, and left a lot of people jobless

I work at the call center, taking sometimes up to 100+ calls, and while you are given breaks, it sometimes is not enough for the call volume you have.
