Their perspective is refreshing, not territorial like typical lenders. They are open to new ideas so long as they benefit the consumer, the team and the company. They wholly believe in our purpose, not just their purpose within the company.

Future possibility! First company to see our industry's ills, and commit to solving them for the absolute right reason. Building a product for the consumer is exactly why they have broken all industry standards. In fact, it is stale industry standards that opened the window for Better.com!

It is 1/2 the price of previous jobs, with better coverage and lower out of pocket. My doctors are friendlier when I tell them my provider. Additional benefits are provided because the company values it's employees well being. Meal stipends, Braverly, virtual child care, etc.
