What is the best part about your compensation package?
The equity is an exciting part of my package.

Best part of my compensation package is free lunch and dinner and unlimited/flex PTO. I feel a liberty to operate as an independent adult and am trusted to manage my calendar as such. "Micro-managey" culture doesn't really exist here.

Better is a highly collaborative environment, people are smart and work extremely hard. I love coming in everyday, truly believe I am surrounded by wonderful people.

Was scheduled quick, got an offer quickly and it was pretty thorough.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
We already are very good about prioritizing communication to candidates once they come onsite, however there's always room for error. For instance, I didn't hear anything from anyone for 4 weeks after my second stage. Glad I followed up 4 times. Haha!

Knowing there will always be someone happy to see me. I know going into work I'm going to laugh with my co-workers, have a good time and also make progress on achieving our goals.
