What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I love that the faces around the office are so diverse and knowledgeable. Having a diverse representation in your company really shows how leadership values different perspectives in working toward a common goal.

The idea that there will be hiccups in a project is fine. The support to overcome them is plenty. Knowing your manager has your back gives additional confidence.

What did you like most about the interview process?
My recruiter asked me a question I've never heard before: "I've already asked you about what you wanted in compensation... but I wanted to ask; How much would it take so that you can sleep at night knowing your justly paid/compensated?

Interviewers asked about past experience and problems vs solutions that we provided. No mortgage background is not an hindrance. They check on attitude and value that can a person add rather than expertise. They are confident of building expertise on us. That's clear.

Learning something new about mortgage industry. Plus we never know where we can expand in the home ownership value chain. We could add some services which we feel are a pain to the borrower.
