They're hilarious, hardworking, and fun. I can be in a terrible mood when I come in the building--but it never lasts long. My team always comes through.

BAF is making clear moves to improve our company culture in every way. Direct leadership, from my experience, is second to none. Our culture is fun, competitive, laid back, and innovative.

While I understand that the global economy is complex and we are possibly headed for a recession or rolling recession...but it would be great if annual raises were better on track with the rate of inflation. I agree they should be based on merit, but the thresholds are unclear.

My direct manager is incredible. They are honest and direct and I know they care about us fiercely. Our Executive team is making efforts to improve and to be more present and involved. Ken is a great asset to BAF and it is very obvious that he cares and is deeply invested in us.
