Verbal abuse from assistant managers and horrible, horrible pay. My manager also forbids us from discussing our wages, even though I have told her that it is illegal for her to do that.

They NEED to pay better. I am paid horribly. I only stay for how much i love kids, my managers are verbally abusive and manipulative. My Assistant Manager degrades all her workers, then cries because she does not feel that we respect her.

I am extremely undervalued. I have never once done anything wrong at work, I am always on time and work hard but i make less than everyone else here, and the least I deserve is an apology from my assistant manager for calling me lazy and stupid. I got no apology when i confronted her.
