I'm friends with my coworkers. They're the only good things getting me through this job. That and maybe SOME pleasant customer experiences

I love everyone I personally work with, it feels like I go to work with a group of friends instead of coworkers.

My workshop team is full of go-getters, inclusive and cheerful people. Most of them are easily coachable and work together perfectly whenever motivation is high.

Fantastic attitude, smiles and desire to be actual friends, not just punch a clock. That said, that historically is rare for us.

My coworkers are wonderful and supportive. We are a very close-knit team.

Everyone does their part and we all communicate. There isn't a single person I don't like working with currently.

We all had each other's backs when our manager was out, we helped eachother out and made the busy work fun to do. Everyone put their 100% and the ones that didn't, didn't last long enough to have an impact.

Show up to work when needed

Absolutely nothing. They have done questionable things in the backroom but that was overlooked by my manager. Oh well.

Aside from the popular girls mentality the supervisors have set up the other workers are great

Even in the virtual meeting world, the company has adapted.

Collaborative environment where all opinions and thoughts are welcome.

For the entire time I have worked for this company we have not had any meetings or collaborates. Communication needs to be greatly improved and policies should be discussed regularly.

Communication between associates needs to improve

An HR chat to fiscuss bullying and appropriate speech.

The other bear builders are great. Management is a nightmare

They need to work on doing their part. The store managers run around like bear builders and the sales lead are stuck to do everything with little pay.
