I love my team and I like HR/benefits. That said, the structure of the company and the slow speed at which we move are very frustrating. I think our leader lack decisiveness and the vision we talked about in all-hands meetings doesn't feel realistic.

Work is siloed between teams. Our senior managers have trouble owning and delegating work without involving executives. Even the smallest cross-functional projects take months to execute + end product is watered down/conservative vs initial idea
